I have a senior mare (30+) I rescued with false information.
She has a problem with her hips and with holding g weight, might need her teeth done but I can’t get in with an equine dentist.
I got her with false information, but I was happy to take her in and help her.
Problem is she either needs WAY MORE help than I can provide or euthanized.
She is so sweet and loving and was obviously so poorly treated at one point.
I have tried everything, different hays, supplements and grains, I can’t find the right combination and she is struggling.
I was gonna put her down and even cut her tail off the night before, but plans had to change to unavoidable events.
If someone thinks they can help her, or wants to take her to put her to rest, I’m open to that, but for certain she will not be free because I want to be sure she is going somewhere that cares and she isn’t gonna be suffering.

She is thin and in rough shape and my vet had recommended euthanasia as MY best option, but someone with deeper pockets and funds may be able to find other options?
