Hello, I am looking for help with my senior dad... We just took him in off the streets he was homeless for 20+ years, but it is a lot caring for another adult on top of the rest of the family.
I could really use help. Idea is maybe once a week taking him to the grocery store, providing socialization and someone to talk to, and maybe even something like once a week going on an outing to the river or somewhere in the community... He is getting lonely, and I am struggling with trying to work enough to be able to care for him. Any help would be good, can pay but don't have a lot of extra money.
He can and is willing to work, he is still very active and capable with many skills but doesn't drive so needing help with his transportation makes things hard.
