This has been a great 5th wheel and has been well taken care of. For 7 years young, this girl looks pretty darn good! Has only been on short trips and used very little. The furniture looks brand new, roof has been checked regularly and maintenance has been done when needed so there haven’t been any leaks. Several upgrades have been done including
OUTSIDE
• slide toppers on all 3 slides installed by the dealer
• bug screens over hot water vent and furnace vent
• ceramic coating on the front cap
• stair rugs on the entry steps and a extend a handle
• Max air vent covers on all vents
• Installed hose reel for power cord
INSIDE
• ceiling fan with remote
• dimmer switches above couch, hutch, island and dining room table
• installed pantry lighting
• chair buddies for the dining room chairs
• installed a door shade on the entry door
• put in a bigger bathroom sink and faucet
• installed a 4-inch Thermostatic RV Shower Faucet
• replaced the shower head
• put a window film on the sky light in the shower
• installed a Dometic 310 toilet
• air conditioning duct modification-made unit more efficient and less noisy
Comes with 50-amp power cord and sewer hose. Does not come with mattress.
