* Many cabinets for storage throughout the small central living space, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Closet in bathroom and bedroom with room to hang and store stuff.
* Solid roof and floor. Has stainless steel kitchen sink and faucet with sprayer, stove/oven, microwave, fridge, heater-central air- vented heat- thermostat controlled, hot water heater, small shower/tub combo, queen bed, pull out awning for an outdoor covered porch patio space, battery.
- Some minor water damage exists in a few spots, needs new toilet (composting toilet could be a quick option even if just for temporary), I believe hot water heater had been disconnected so may need replace, not sure (nice option would be upgrade to a on demand water heater), door is not in great shape and does not seal shut perfectly, some of the drawers could use attention, some of the cabinet knobs/latches are missing or not working well
* So far have tested and confirmed that the following work:
power electrical, outlets, lights, battery, plumbing, washer & dryer, propane heat. Not sure about fridge or water heater.
* Fresh water hose, drain hose with fittings, and heavy duty weather & water resistant quality 30 amp RV power cord can be included
