About us:
K.O. Custom is a locally owned residential construction company and we are now looking for employees to join our team. We work in Home Renovation, Remodels and New Construction. While serving all of the Rogue Valley we primarily operate out of Ashland, Talent and Medford.
We are looking for employees that are reliable and hardworking. Regardless of skill, prospective employees need to be able to take direction, can lift 50+ lbs. and have reliable transportation. For workers that show motivation and potential, there are opportunities to receive bonuses and benefits, along with the opportunity to progress within the company with added responsibilities, if so desired.
-Skilled Tradesman, Full Time, $25-$35/ Hr
Requirements; Solid Understanding of building practices and sequencing. Self Starter and ability to efficiently complete tasks and site needs on a daily basis. Ownership of and knowledge of standard battery and pneumatic tools. Ownership of a truck able to pull trailers and machinery is a plus but not necessary (additional compensation would be provided for use of any personal vehicles if needed) . This person will periodically run jobsites on straight forward days and needs some leadership ability. Ability and knowledge in these specific facets of building; Foundation and Framing, Exterior Envelope (waterproofing, flashing and siding), Trim and Finish Carpentry. Tile, Stone and basic Concrete experience is a plus.
