What We’re Looking For
We are hiring across all major phases of the installation process. Whether you are a "Master of the Trade" or a seasoned pro looking to level up, we want to talk to you.
• Excavation & Dirt Work: Precision operators who know how to read a plan and move earth without making a mess.
• Form Setting & Steel: Experts in layout, radius work, and ensuring the skeleton of the pool is perfect before the pour.
• Shotcrete / Gunite Crew: Nozzles, finishers, and hose-men who understand the importance of structural integrity and clean finishes.
• Plumbing & Equipment: Experience in pressure testing and hydraulic layouts is a huge plus.
Requirements
• Experience: At least 2+ years in pool construction or heavy civil/concrete trades.
• Reliability: You show up on time, every time. The crew depends on you.
• Tools: Basic hand tools for your specific trade.
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and a reliable way to get to the job site.
• Physicality: This is demanding work. You must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions.
