We are a growing natural stone restoration company looking for a dependable, motivated Stone Restoration Technician to join our team. No prior stone restoration experience required — we will train the right person. What matters most is your work ethic, attention to detail, problem solving skills and desire to continually improve.

Relevant work experience is preferred. We are willing to train individuals who are ready to learn and eager to build a career in specialized craftsmanship. Examples of relevant experience would be granite counter fabrication/installation, tile installation, or other restoration and/or refinishing work that uses power hand tools and requires close attention to detail. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Polishing, resurfacing, repairing, cleaning and sealing existing stone, tile, grout & caulk
• Use various chemicals and tools, such as polishing compounds, cleaners, handheld polishers, floor machines, portable/truck mount extractor
• Follow safety procedures at all times
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
• Always perform thorough, quality work that will uphold Clear Shine’s reputation of quality craftsmanship
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be dependable and perform consistent quality work
• Be courteous and professional at all times with the clients/homeowners
• Must be willing and able to listen, understand and follow both written and verbal instructions
• Must be able to perform physical work including lifting, twisting, bending and working on feet and/or hands and knees for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work independently and unsupervised and with a team, while maintaining efficiency and quality of work
• Experience in construction, flooring, tile, polishing, refinishing, or home services is a plus — but not required
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record and will be expected to drive our company vehicle in a safe and respectable way at all times
**Candidates must be able to pass a background check, drug screen and other pre-employment job requirements**
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous experience working with natural stone or tile
-OR-
• Previous experience in an industry that uses the tools, products and concepts of resurfacing, restoration and detailed finish work, such as auto body/paint, finish carpentry, drywall, etc.), or another industry that requires excellent customer service, problem solving skills and attention to detail.
