This is a full-time, long-term position. We are looking for a tinter who can run the bay solo, do clean installs, and grow with the team — not someone shop-hopping every few months.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of professional window tint installation experience
- Can install full cars (5-window sedan and 7-window SUV) without supervision
- Comfortable with both pre-cut (plotter) and hand-cut installs
- Knows how to do windshield tint (ceramic) and dot matrix work
- Clean, bubble-free, no finger marks, no contamination
- Takes pride in finished work
- Reliable, on time, clear communicator
- 18 or older with a valid driver's license
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Full window tint installs (sedan, SUV, truck, Tesla, EVs)
- Ceramic / nano-ceramic tint installs
- Windshield tint and ceramic windshield work
- Brow / sun strip installs
- Removal of old tint when needed
- Plotter operation and basic cut adjustments
- Quality check before customer pickup
- Maintain shop standards, tools, and bay cleanliness

- Full-time
- Generally 8-hour shifts, Mon-Sat with rotation
- Some weekends required
- Flexible start times
LOCATION:
- WRAPTIK Studio, Medford, OR
- Easy access from Central Point, Phoenix, Talent, Ashland, White City, Eagle Point
GROWTH:
We are building a real team. Strong tinters grow into Senior Installer / Lead with revenue share on premium packages (ceramic, PPF prep, full builds).
