I do not have a heliarc torch and cable or a Lincoln amp
control foot pedal. I also do not have an argon bottle and
regulator for it.
It uses 120v/20amp power supply so is very good for
mobile applications such as restaurant sheet metal repair.
It is very usefull in most sheet metal fab and light sheet
metal manufacturing environments.
I am asking $1200 or better for it.
Currently it is available new for $2800 or more.
A compatible Lincoln Electric foot pedal is going for $160 or better.
Prices for tig torches and air cooled cable will have to be researched
because there are a wide variety of brands and styles. Only the type
of connector that plugs into the machine is of concern. The cable
should have a connector that has a hole through the center to allow
the argon from an argon tank to pass through the built in flow timer
and into the torch cable and into the torch. A loose estimate for a
foot pedal and torch/cable would be $500. If you do not have it research
should be done to find suppliers for an argon bottle and an argon flow
meter/regulator and the tubing connections and costs.
The two main torch sizes are PTA-9 and PTA-17.
