Available from end of July through Thanksgiving 2026. Possibly longer. A minimum one month stay please. Owner will be out of town for work.
It's an upstairs/downstairs place with stairs + shared walls (quiet neighbors on both sides). Downstairs has a living room that faces west. There's a kitchen/dining area with a patio that faces east. Sunrises + sunsets are part of life here. The kitchen has a dishwasher, new fridge, and stove. Small bathroom downstairs, too. Two bedrooms, full bath, and washer/dryer upstairs. Mini-splits throughout for AC.
Dedicated parking spot available.
EV charging nearby.
Not much need for a car - easy to walk and bike around town.
Please no pets or smoking/vaping.
$2300/month includes utilities and internet. We can talk about deposit and cleaning fee depending on how long you stay. Looking for a friendly, responsible person who wants to enjoy life in Ashland for awhile.
