This position is hourly plus commission. Our Sales Customer Experience Representative average between $4,400 and $9,200 monthly based on 2025 averages at Sole Savers Auto Sales.

Job Description:
Summary
Ensures customer satisfaction with their vehicle purchase as well as explaining all vehicle features.
Essential Duties
• Ensures proper follow-up of all potential buyers by monitoring the prospecting and sales control system.
• Monitors follow-up system for vehicle purchasers.
• Maintains teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery and follow-up process.
• Completes proper product and training resources for salespeople on a regular and continuous basis.
• Maintains standards for the delivery of vehicles to customers.
• Reviews inventory daily
• Maintains professional appearance.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Must be 18 years of age, have a valid drivers license, and clean driving record.
