Well-behaved dogs are good but I’m allergic to cats. I don’t have much in the way of furniture outside of what I need in my bedroom, and kitchen items. Preferred move-in is based on finding a place +30 days notice to current landlord. Would consider relevant work trade such as housekeeping, elder care, or admin support.
