She is a 15 year old torty that will request pets and may force cuddle you. Common spaces are mostly furnished, but the bedroom is unfurnished. We are looking for someone that would be a good fit with our chill and clean home. No drugs or drama. Minimal alcohol consumption. Must be LGBT and cat friendly. No additional pets.
Monthly cost is approximately $501 plus 1/3 of the monthly electric bill. That includes rent, utilities, internet, and garbage.
