The home has 3 levels, each level has a bedroom and a bathroom.
The room for rent is downstairs with it's own private bath. There is also an apartment size fridge and a washer and dryer in the basement right off this room.
The room on the main level is used as a workout/ guest room. Their is also laundry facilities on the main level that I use.
My room is upstairs. I am very active empty nester. I work 2 part-time jobs, garden, cook etc...
I have 2 Dogs a Mastiff/Boxer and a Frenchie. Being a Dog Person is kind of a MUST.
I am renting this room by the week. $210 Per Week expected at the beginning of each week. Deposit is $450
It it works out well, and the creek don't rise we could possibly go to a monthly rental.
There is parking at night in the driveway but during the day it is not always available.
This room is currently furnished with a Queen Bed, 2 nightstands, a TV Table and a TV. It has two good sized closets. I can remove the furnishings if you would prefer to bring your own.
This room also opens up to the backyard with your own private porch.
Please no couples, No children, No work for trade, Renter must be able to prove employment / income and pass a background check.
