The property is located 15 minutes outside of town on acreage in the forest. Private, peaceful, surrounded by nature. Plenty of room to garden, farm, have a shop for crafts or hobbies. The property is fenced with large dogs, they're great at keeping the Mt lions, bears, and weirdos away.
The room is for single occupancy, someone able to get up stairs, and comfortable around big dogs (note: dogs are not a fan of most males). The ideal tenant would be responsible, great communicator, easy to get along with, positive attitude, and loves animals.
Rent is $550 a month. $550 deposit. Partial work trade may be considered if you have computer skills.
