Spacious room in lovely country home 20 minutes outside of Ashland. Room has south facing french doors, private patio and access to entire house including gourmet kitchen, laundry, hot tub, sauna and cold plunge, gardens, walking trails and many beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces.
Organic latex and wool mattress, shelving, desk and chair, black-out curtains, french doors and patio. Half bath right next door and shower and tub upstairs.
We are relatively quiet, early to bed, no drama and no drugs or alcohol. Chemical free environment-no artificial fragrances or cleaning products. No wifi on property though excellent connectivity via ethernet and great cell service. Residents in house and on property are grounded, health conscious, have excellent communication skills and at least some experience co-living. We do have a weekly sit on Sunday mornings where we also talk about whatever topics we need to address. We like to occasionally share meals and collaborate on projects but also like our space and privacy. We have dogs, 7 acres, gardens, chickens, open to co-gardening and creative uses of the land.
