I'm coming up on my ninth year of living in this cozy home. And I'm really happy that I have been able to share the affordable rent with others! The room will be available January 17th 2026
About me:
I grew up here and have raised 2 amazing kiddos. I'm passionate about animals and love to walk my rescue dog on our beautiful trails. If I ever win the lottery, I would buy a big piece of land and start a non profit for animal rescue/ spay and neuter. And all of my friends and family would be taken care of. A girl can dream! But for now, I'm working multiple jobs and trying my best to be a good human being. I'm clean and a good communicator. I prefer a roommate to share these qualities. Adulting is hard enough. Whew!

About the room:
The room offers a large closet and a window facing the beautiful hills on our very quiet street. I have a single bed, small dresser and computer table that you can use. Or you can provide your own furnishings. There is potential for garage space for storage. There is also on site parking. You will be paying 1/3 of the utilities, trash and wi-fi bills(between $100- $175) first months rent and a $650 refundable security deposit. Great location on the south side of town. Walking distance to grocery stores and hiking trails. Shared bathroom and kitchen.
My 21 year old son is renting the other room. He's super respectful and has a big heart.
Unfortunately, my lease agreement does not allow me to have anymore pets on the property.
I offer a month to month rental contract. But if it's a good fit, we can definitely discuss a longer time.
