Seeking A Solid Team- Any Industry (Medford)

The Wife and I will be moving to the Medford area in mid-July and I am seeking full-time employment opportunities prior to the move. I am not desperate and do have strong financial reserves. Therefore, I am looking for the ideal employer and thought I would start the search here.
For many years, I designed, engineered and fabricated wine processing equipment for countless wineries in the Napa Valley. For the last 10 years I have been at the same school teaching shop class and mentoring high school and middle school students. I hold teaching credentials in Building and Construction Trades as well as various other certificates. The 20 acre school/farm where I currently work is amazing. My responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance and facilities of the property while kindly, safely and patiently guiding students to create anything they can envision. I’m proficient in welding, woodworking, electrical and light HVAC as well as automotive repair. My determination and problem solving skills allow me to fix just about anything. I also have an entire shops worth of personal tools/machines necessary to complete just about any job in the previous fields.
I specialize in utilizing my resourcefulness and intelligence to make all things happen on time and under budget. I work extremely well in a team setting as well as thrive independently with little to no oversight. My safety record is impeccable and I have never had any type of disciplinary action at any job. I can pass a drug test, I’m not in debt and I own my vehicles. I’m extremely polite, helpful and volunteer often. I grew up in a small town where one’s reputation is everything. Because of this I have a strong desire for community involvement and countless personal/professional references. My current boss is devastated at the recent news of my intended departure but would give me the highest praise to any future employer. I have a solid résumé and would be a great addition to any team.
My skills are not just limited to design, fabrication and maintenance. I have extensive training, experience and passion in working with all walks of life. I have done sales, customer service, retail and other odd jobs from empowering disenfranchised youth to working with billionaire elites. I am confident, competent, and truly just wish to serve my community to the best of my abilities- whatever I may be doing.
