With my custodial experience at Southern Oregon University, I can clean houses, apartments, motels, rentals, garages, yards, household appliances, and most interior spaces. I have a positive work ethic and multiple references who can confirm the latter. I am prompt, work well independently, follow directions efficiently, and have excellent follow-through.
I have experience using multiple custodial tools and could operate any that are available on site. My availability is 8am-5pm on T, W, F, S, and Su, and 8am-12pm on M and Th. I am willing to negotiate about times outside of those hours. The base rate for my services is $18/hr for jobs longer than 2 hours with a $35 minimum on jobs less than 2 hours, and I am open to ongoing or one-time work on a residential or commercial basis. In the event of contract work, I would be willing to negotiate aspects of the contract.
