Located on East Main street in Ashland; suite is located upstairs. Available now, for use all day Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday. Possibility of evening use (past 5pm) for other weekdays.
I am a mental health therapist looking for a respectful person interested in a sublet. I am open to sublet to non therapists, if you feel the space would meet your needs.
The office space has two chairs, a desk and "break room" area (sectioned off with dividers) with sink, cabinets and mini fridge. Access to private, secure high speed charter internet. Ample street parking available nearby. Suite also has it's own HVAC unit.

Pricing details:
$175/month per weekday rented* in the month
*weekday rented is for all of those particular weekdays during the month, for example: If rented for Tuesday, you are granted access to all Tuesdays of the month which counts as one weekday in the month.
Possible example:
If rented all Tuesdays per month, rent is $160/month
If rented all Tuesdays and Fridays per month, rent is $320/month ($160 x 2)
If rented all Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays per month, rent is $480/month ($160 x 3)
If rented all four days available, rent is $640 per month ($160 x 4)
