Responsibilities:
Shipping customer-submitted orders according to order details
Maintaining friendly communication with Clayton’s distributor network
Filling distributor orders, ensuring proper counts and prompt lead times
Working with other staff to answer phones, chats, and emails
Notifying customers of order issues & QC of orders prior to shipping
Qualifications:
Good problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great computer navigation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm M-F $17.00 - $19/hr based on experience
