Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verifiable field experience in the tree care industry.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of ANSI A300 standards and ANSI Z133 safety requirements.
Skills: Proficiency in proper pruning techniques, rigging, removals, and safe chainsaw/equipment operation.
Certification: ISA Certified Arborist preferred (or the ability/willingness to obtain).
Transportation: Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus) and reliable transportation to get to the job site.
