This is a part time position working 20 hours per week as a groundskeeper person on our maintenance team. We are an established HOA community. The position days and hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 am until 12:00 pm. The days and hours may be modified from time to time to meet seasonal demands. Starting wage is $17.00 per hour.

Essential Duties:
-Mow lawns, edge walkways, trim shrubs and trees.
-Weed control in common areas.
-Seasonal cleanup(leaves, storm debris, snow).
-Monitor irrigation systems.
Inspections and Reporting:
-Routine inspection of common areas.
-Identify potential safety hazards.
-Report larger repair issues.
-Document completed work.
Safety and Compliance:
-Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
-Use tools and equipment safely and properly.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
-Prior experience in groundskeeping/landscaping.
-Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
-Ability to work independently.
-Good communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
-Ability to bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work outdoors.
-Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Compensation:
-Starting at $17.00 per hour.
