We are a small, family-run farm seeking a reliable, hardworking farm hand to join our daily operations. Our farm is rooted in sustainable practices, animal welfare, and a deep respect for the land.
Responsibilities include:
- Daily care of livestock (cattle, goats, poultry)
- Feeding, watering, and monitoring animal health
- Cleaning pens, coops, and farm areas
- Assisting with rotational grazing and pasture management
- General farm maintenance and seasonal tasks
What we’re looking for:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Dependability and self-motivation
- Comfort working with animals (experience required)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Interest in biodynamic or sustainable farming practices
