Alexander Counseling Center is expanding and seeking Master’s-level mental health therapists (licensed or registered associates) to join our in-person Medford practice. We offer a supportive, trauma-informed environment with strong administrative support and flexible scheduling options.
Position Options:
Part-time (no benefits)
Full-time (with benefits)
In-person, office-based roles
Caseload & Compensation:
Starting compensation: $40+/hour
Earning potential: $90,000+/year
Wage is negotiable based on licensure status, experience, and caseload

Full administrative support included (scheduling, billing, credentialing)
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
Active Oregon license OR registered associate status
Ability to provide in-person psychotherapy in Medford
Strong documentation and ethical clinical practice
Preferred (Not Required):
Trauma-informed orientation (EMDR, CBT, ERP, or related modalities)
Interest in professional growth and collaboration
Bilingual (Spanish-English)
