Siskiyou Massage is seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team.
This is not a typical front desk position. Our clinic operates at a high level of organization and professionalism, and the front desk plays a central role in maintaining that standard.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing things thoroughly and consistently.

The Role
• You will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the clinic and helping create a smooth, professional experience for clients and staff.
This includes
• Managing scheduling and client accounts (Jane software)
• Communicating with clients in person and over the phone
• Supporting therapists and maintaining flow throughout the day
• Handling administrative tasks with accuracy and consistency
• Contributing to a clean, organized, and calm environment
Qualifications
• At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable learning and using software systems
• Dependable and self-directed
• Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening
Schedule & Compensation
• 3–5 days per week
• Some evenings and weekends required
• Pay: $18–$22/hour, depending on experience
