Can be easily hauled with flat bed trailer, and setup in less than a couple hours with two people, easy plugged to 110 power, set up for hot and cold water in, for grey and black water I took a 300gal tote and had it pumped.
I have one of these in Coos bay where it rain 60 plus inches a year, it's been a great space, currently the way I am using this tinny portable home, I have not purchased any county permits.
When you look at tiny home, there's no two bedrooms with a good size bathroom in a near 20x20 living space that compare, easy to heat or cool as well.
