Triticale grain blended w/ bluegrass and other native grasses is a tasty nutritional hay palatable to most livestock - horses, cattle, and goats. And unlike other Triticale hay in the Rogue Valley, my variety is beardless!
Tested by Equi-Analytical Labs. Only 10% sugar, so acceptable level for most horses. It is also a great finishing hay for cattle. Bales are 2-string avg. 60-70 lbs. and are approx. 42" long (standard bales are 36"). Bales are yellow on the outside, but green and tasty inside.
