We are looking to purchase a “fixer upper farm” in the applegate valley.
Agricultural land or pasture land is preferred. Irrigation is preferred. Ideally from the applegate river, although other secure sources could be suitable. Crop land and some forest areas on the farm are also okay. A house or home site a plus. A barn or out buildings a plus. Although will look at bare land as well. Primarily interested in a property that needs TLC and improvement to bring back into production. Old farm or ranch that’s been sitting? Possibly a place that was left disheveled after hemp farming?
Flexible on size of property, depending on situation. Budget dependent on property.
