We are reducing our herd size and have a French Alpine family milker and one dry French Alpine doe for sale. These does are ADGA registered.

Our herd is tested CAE, CL and Johnes negative. We are on DHIR milk test, participate in Linear appraisal, and do some showing. All milkers are trained to both hand and machine milking.

Located in the Rogue Valley (Gold Hill).

We currently have one French Alpine first freshener for sale. Tuva Acres ZA Macaron freshened on the date of our last milk test, with a single doe kid, done all on her own. She is starting off slow, but steadily increasing in milk volume each day. On our recent milk test, she milked 5.9#. Macaron is long bodied and has a nice, wide, flat rump, with a long, graceful neck. She is turning into a lovely doe. We are keeping her sister, so she unfortunately needs to find a new home. http://www.adgagenetics.org/PedigreePrint.aspx?RegNumber=A001935458

Macaron's purchase price is $250.

We also have one dry yearling available. Tuva Acres Glace de Reglisse is a very nice Sundgau Alpine doe, daughter of Missdee's SRC Sundae Morning and *B Missdee's DN Porthos. Licorice is very friendly, calm and easy to handle. She is very tall and is going to be a big doe. http://www.adgagenetics.org/PedigreePrint.aspx?RegNumber=A001955335

Licorice is currently open and available for $250.

Our does are available to approved homes only. You must either have other goats (no horned animals) or take two animals, as goats do not do well without companionship of their own kind. You must have adequate shelter, a safe, secure fenced area for them, provide good quality hay and fresh water, and be willing to do regular hoof trimming and provide veterinary care as needed.

I will not send animals home in open vehicles--you must have an enclosed trailer, vehicle or canopy to keep them warm, dry and out of the wind.

Contact via Craigslist email only--no phone calls. Serious inquiries only. This is our very busy kidding season, and I don't have time for long conversations and tire kickers. I most likely will only be able to show these animals on weekends or possibly some early evenings. Thank you for your understanding.
