Weaner pigs, 10 weeks: $250/ea, older December/January/February pigs at 200lbs at $350/each.
We also have a few 1st parity gilts for sale: PB Hampshire, and a couple of crossbreds at 400-550lbs each. Asking $400. Farrowed easy without crates. At just 1.5 years old, there are still some nice cuts to be had or sausage all. Buyer pays their own kill fee plus cut and wrap. If they leave the property for breeding - $500. Excellent moms that milked well. No crates used for farrowing.
If any fair pigs have come in light for weigh-ins for late July or August fairs, this is a helluva deal for a show-bred replacement hog for any kids needing one.
