One to two year old composted horse manure. Because it’s horse manure it will have some weed and grass seeds in it. this is not for the fussy Gardener. It will have chunks in it. Not good for top dressing if you don’t wanna grow a lot of stuff. Great to combine with Soil or top dress if you’re willing to maybe mulch the top dressing with leaves or wood chips. Moist manure compost covered with wood chips is a fungal and worm heaven.
