Free good condition comfortable, patterned upholstered armchair.
The chair is approximately 20 years old and is still in overall good structural condition with plenty of life left in it.
• Fabric: Blue, tan, and brown geometric pattern.
• Wear: There is some fraying/wear visible on the back two vertical corners and along a couple of the seams.
• Repairs: There is a visible repair on one of the front seams (please see the close-up photo for details).
Household History:
• Smoke-Free: This item comes from a non-smoking home.
• Pet Info: We do have pets. While they are not allowed on the furniture, they have been around it and up against it. If you have severe pet allergies, please take this into consideration.
