1974 with title. In pretty decent shape. Glass is all good. Was a rental at one point and it's been sitting for years vacant. The power was still on inside and the freezer was frozen! Likely everything still works. Dry. Needs tlc inside like cupboards not latching some broken trim, flooring etc
Will need to be hauled on a flatbed as the axles n tongue are gone.
Great restoration project as a adu. We have equipment to help load
