Requirements:

: ability to follow instructions constructively, cleaning checklists and safety guidelines
: reporting of any damage, safety issues or maintenance concerns
: ability to work independently with minimal supervision
: physical ability to stand, bend, lift a maximum of 40lbs and perform repetitive tasks
: reliable transportation if commuting or living locally
: some prior housekeeping experience is essential - basic knowledge of general cleaning principles, use of cleaning products (we use eco-friendly cleaning supplies) and use of cleaning equipment is important - however we are willing to train the right person
: background check clearance (if required)
Duties:
: complete room tidies accurately and timeously
: complete room turns accurately and timeously
: make up rooms baskets with clean linens and towels
: strip and remake beds, clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms and to replace/restock room and cupboard supplies as required
: dust, polish, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, empty trash, swiffer, cobweb, windows in rooms and all public areas as required
Work hours and compensation:
: ability to work a four day weekend with time off during the week and holidays - however work flexibility is a must.
: flexible early to late morning shifts approximately 15 to 20 hrs per week
: hourly wage rate to be discussed and dependent on work experience
