Restaurant experience is required BOH or FOH. Management experience is helpful but not required. This is a 5 day per week position including weekends. Hours average from 30 to 40 hours per week, but will vary. Typical schedule is Tuesday-Saturday some flexibility, but evening availability is required.
Applicant should possess the following:
-Good communication skills
-Self motivated and goal oriented
-Present and carry yourself professionally
-Organizational skills
-Excellent service skills
-Able to lead by example and be a hands-on manager
-Excellent people skills - with customers and staff
-Demonstrate and motivate a sense of urgency
-A valid driver's license and reliable transportation, position does require driving.
-Experience with computers - email, Microsoft Word/Excel, social media
