About Brickroom
Brickroom is a family-friendly, modern establishment that promotes a fun but professional atmosphere. We're looking to add a reliable, hardworking barback to our team. We promote from within — strong barbacks here have a clear path to bartending.
What you'll do
Stock and restock the bar: ice, glassware, liquor, beer, mixers, and garnishes
Keep bartenders supplied during service so the bar runs smoothly
Clear, wash, and reset glassware
Change kegs, haul cases, and keep the bar area clean and organized
Prep garnishes and assist with opening/closing duties
Waiting on guests: Learning and performing to our services standards, knowledge of food and drink menus and functions as a server
What we're looking for
Must be 21 or older (required to handle and serve alcohol)
Valid OLCC service permit, or willing to obtain one before starting (required in Oregon for anyone who handles, mixes, or serves alcohol)
Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet through a busy shift
Fast, dependable, and a team player who shows up on time
Prior bar/restaurant experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
What you get
A genuine path to grow into a bartending role
A fun, fast-paced team environment
