Proflex 454 Vintage Mountain Bike Rock Shox Shimano Ritchey VRC

This is in good condition. There are a number of scrapes in the top tube.

Both front and rear suspension work as they should. The front Rockshox has less than 100 miles on it since new. I bought it and installed it to replace the blown one that was on the Proflex when I bought it.

It is circa 1994.

The tires are Ritchey Z Max and have plenty of tread. The handlebar is also a Ritchey.

The shifters and derailleurs are Shimano STX and work as they should (for a 28 year old mountain bike).

The pedals that are pictured are not included. I will include a set of flat pedals.

I would call the frame a medium. I am 6' tall and fit on it--but barely. It would fit someone 5' 7" to 5' 10" more comfortably.

I bought it used about a year ago because my first mountain bike was Proflex and I wanted to see how riding one 26 years later would feel. Now its your turn!
