This scale is rugged and it has a locking mode for use with large objects that would obstruct the scale. You put the object on, you lock the reading, you take the object off, and the weight is still displayed exactly.
I’ve had a number of these in the past, and this one is no longer new in appearance, but works perfectly and they are incredibly solid. I have two so I am selling this one. It also has a manual zeroing function.
