I have 2 Fujitsu and 1 Daiken 2 ton (24,000 BTU) units that are also less than 3 years old.
These units are in very good working order and well maintained. They have enough 410a refrigerant for up to 80 ft of line set in the unit locked in compressor. I am EPA licensed and can install if needed.
