RV space includes shed for storage and electric/water hookup. Has 50 AMPS which works perfectly for for A/C. Electric will be submeter reimbursement. See pictures for panel. RV must be in great working order, appealing to the eye. Any RV older than 2013 requires approval. All applicants must submit a photo of their RV to process their application. Barn is for horses only.

Tenant will have access to full barn (some space saved for owners) which includes up to 7 customizable stalls with removable panels to adjust for size, tack room with saddle racks and bridle hooks, riding arena with year round footing 95'X60', round pen, hay storage, rubber mats to use anywhere in the barn, hay trough for pasture horses, spacious field for grazing. It is the tenants responsibility to maintain fencing.

Tenant is in charge of yard area from creek to ditch and all fenced areas. Will be responsible for emptying RV waste container.
