Location: We are a 33 space Manufactured Home and RV park located on 10 acres in the country but only a few miles from downtown Ashland.

RV Space: Great country views of surrounding mountains and pastures with only one neighbor! Friendly family park. Long corner space can accommodate any length RV. 30/50-amp hookups and cable is available. Space comes with a storage unit.

Pets: One or two cats are allowed, one or two dogs (some breed restrictions) upon manager’s approval and not left chained up outside.

Costs: Monthly rent is $720 (not including utilities) for the space and storage unit. Wi-Fi (if available) is free. The security deposit is $600 and there is a $60 application fee per adult applicant for credit and background checks.
