Small fifth-wheel trailer available (roof will be repaired this summer).
Rent includes Wi-Fi, electricity, trash service, and access to a washer and dryer. There is also a shared vegetable garden area.
Please note:
- You must provide your own drinking water, as the on-site water has high iron content.
- Tenant is responsible for black tank servicing (approximately $65/month).
Requirements:
- Must be 420-friendly (required).
- No alcohol or hard drug use—this will not be a good fit if you drink or use substances.
Move-in costs:
- $900 total to move in
- $450 is a refundable deposit
