Foothill Retirement Centers I and II are now accepting applications for their one-bedroom apartments.

Foothill Retirement Center II is a modern three-story building comprised of 22 apartments. The facilities are equipped with an elevator, emergency system, in-house mail delivery, laundry facility, and secured building access. Air conditioned apartments feature fire sprinklers and emergency pull cords. Amenities include resident gardens, a pet area, resident computer, and a community room for games, parties, and other activities.

Applicants must be 62 years of age or older. Income limits apply. The current income limits are $28,350 for a single occupant and $32,400 for a couple.

*Rents are subsidized and based on 30% of a household's gross adjusted income.

Applications may be picked up in the foyer anytime at 2031 NE D Street, Grants Pass or may be downloaded from website at www.retirement.org/about/community-housing. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. A management team oversees the center's daily operations and routine maintenance. Foothill Retirement Centers I & II are both part of Community Housing by Pacific Retirement Services.
