Nice, spacious home located in East Medford. Everyone always says in these ads: minutes from great shopping, the mall, Wal-Mart etc. but truth be told....we live in Medford, OR and its not that big at all....so you are minutes from everything good or bad no matter where you live!
The house is 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. You will be sharing a bath with one female. You have full house privledges (kitchen, living room). There is a huge backyard to do pretty much whatever in except swim and go hottubbing. There is a washer/dryer for your use as well. There is no cable in the house so if you are a T.V. junkie, you will have to discuss setting up service with the landlord :) Utilities are paid monthly so you are responsible for rent which is 300.00/month plus a neg. deposit.
The house is currently occupied by 2 females and 1 child ( 7 years old), and 2 loving dogs. We both work 8-5 and 6-2 Monday-Friday. No we are not in need of a babysitter of any sort, just a nice, CLEAN, drug free, fun, and respectable roommate. Male or female doesnt matter to us just please no crazy drama. We are looking for someone who is serious about moving.
